and two draft declarations to the State Labor Relations Committee regarding standards and rates for medical treatment in the event of emergency illness during the coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19 crisis.
The committee studies draft laws and draft sub-regulations submitted to the Council of Ministers for consideration. As suggested by the Ministry of Labor (Ministry of Labor) this can be continued. The Ministry of Labor will take the opinions of the Ministry of Finance and the Budget Office into account for further action.
The two draft declarations include the following important points:

The Labor Relations Committee in Governmental Institutions also approved the principles of the two draft declarations.
The draft notification in this regard shall be effective from 16 March 2022 onwards and requires medical treatment which occurred before 16 March 2022 and the medical treatment has not yet ended. Obtaining rights in accordance with the Declaration of the State Enterprise Labor Relations Committee on standards and prices for medical treatment in the case of emergency patients with serious infectious diseases in accordance with the Law on Infectious Diseases. In the case of coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19 on July 30, 2021 (original announcement) until the end of medical treatment.
