Chef Takashi Saito

Located in the grounds of the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, the restaurant serves Edomae-style omakase menus, where the chefs demonstrate their skills in making simple, exquisite Edo-period sushi, with an emphasis on the natural flavor of the ingredients. Flavors are kept to a minimum, under the supervision of Chef Makoto Maruyama, who previously worked at the flagship restaurant in Tokyo. As for the quality of ingredients, chef-owner Takashi Saito selects the best seasonal ingredients himself. It is sent directly from Japan to Thailand in order to maintain store standards as much as possible.

A tapas-style restaurant that combines Japanese and Spanish food traditions and is full of creativity in creating its menus. Using high quality raw materials serving food under the concept of “Innovative Spanish and Japanese Tapas” that gives the delicate Japanese taste and Spanish boldness. The menu is constantly changing based on seasonal ingredients. Run by Spanish chef Roger Solé, it just opened last July.


Inside, the restaurant has a large bar counter with an open kitchen in the middle. Show your chef skills in using fire in cooking. True to the name Fuego, which means fire in Spanish, the dining is tapas-style, with 11 gourmet dishes and a menu for those who want a snack, hang out with friends, sip cocktails and listen to music. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is full of life due to the somewhat crowded guests. You must reserve a table in advance to ensure you get a seat. The first luxury Korean restaurant in Thailand. Serving authentic Korean food with a contemporary twist that you can’t find in other Korean restaurants in Bangkok, run by authentic Korean Chef Henry Lee, it opened in November 2022 and quickly came recommended by the Michelin star website.

Juksunchae serves a 12-course omakase-style meal. Traditional Korean dishes that many gourmets are likely familiar with, such as bibimbap, bulgogi, mandu, etc., have been creatively translated into beautiful dishes full of flavour. Tsukemen is a type of Japanese ramen menu. It’s ramen with separate broth and noodles. The soup will be very concentrated. When eating, use the tongs method and dip the noodles into the soup. The noodles can be ramen, soba or udon.

Kiri Tsukemen is a new ramen shop in the Tsuru chain that opened this year. It is special because the restaurant serves fresh Tsukemen noodles as the main menu. But they are very authentic, especially from the store. Selected high quality raw materials from Japan. It takes so long to cook the soup that you can smell the rich aroma of chicken bones, pork bones and dried sea fish. Served in a stone bowl that keeps the soup hot throughout the meal, there are 6 types of soup to choose from, with Kiri Tsukemen being the restaurant’s signature menu. The wait is over with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s first restaurant in Thailand opening in December at Amsphere Shopping Centre, Phrom Phong District, with Bread Street Kitchen and Street Pizza. A casual dining style restaurant under the Gordon Ramsay brand, is poised to create a new experience of premium deliciousness in Thailand.

Chef Gordon Ramsay is known for his work on the reality cooking shows Hell’s Kitchen and MasterChef, and has multiple Michelin stars for all of his restaurants. It once received a maximum of 16 stars from over 58 restaurants around the world. The chef holds the third highest number of Michelin stars in the world.


Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is another Gordon franchise. Ramsay has opened restaurants in both Europe and Asia, such as his branches in Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai, which are open all day, serving his famous dishes such as Beef Wellington, Fish and Chips, Macaroni and Cheese and Sticky Toffee Pudding among others.


Street Pizza is another restaurant owned by Gordon Ramsay, and its highlight is the pizza made with fresh sourdough. Under the “Pizza Without Rules” concept, they offer a variety of pizza toppings, both traditional like the classic Margherita or pepperoni, and innovative toppings like Nduja and Courgette Pesto, which is vegetarian, or Corn & Chorizo, which contains corn and curry sausage.
