The OnePlus Ace 3, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 smartphone, is the OnePlus 12R in the global version.

The new OnePlus Ace 3 smartphone has been officially launched in China. The OnePlus 12R is expected to launch globally on January 23, 2024 alongside the OnePlus 12. The OnePlus Ace 3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and has a ROM option of up to 1TB with UFS 4.0. As for the materials, the frame is aluminum. The back cover is glass.

While the display screen contains a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED (BOE factory) curved panel, a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, an adjustable brightness of up to 4500 nits, and supports on-screen fingerprint scanning. Not only this, it is also covered with Gorilla Glass Victus 2, while the notched design is used as a punch-hole display. There is a 16-megapixel front camera.

On the rear camera side, it has a triple setup consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera, a Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS stabilization, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera, all housed in a circular module. Go to the top left of the back cover

The operating system is ColorOS 14 based on Android 14. It has a 5500 mAh battery that supports fast charging via a 100W SuperVOOC cable, and can be charged from 0% to 100% in 27 minutes.

Initially, the OnePlus Ace 3 was launched in China. There are 3 colors to choose from: blue, black and gold, the price starts from 2599 yuan, which is about 12,800 baht, and global sales are expected on January 23, 2024 with a new name OnePlus 12R and changes in the operating system is OxygenOS like other OnePlus devices models sold in the global market.
