TAKUNI joins hands with partners to launch EV motorcycle “Tel G”, opens 5 showrooms in Bangkok – major cities, produces 10,000 units: InfoQuest

Mr. Chachai Vaiwhanawichai, Chairman of TAKUNI Group Public Company Limited (TAKUNI), revealed that the company has signed an initial cooperation agreement (MOU) with Telegy Trading Company Limited (TAILG) from China and TheS. ., Ltd. Or jointly established TTS Connect Co., Ltd., with initial registered capital of 15 million baht, the company owns 40% of the shares, Telegy owns 30%, and Stallion owns 30% of the registered capital. The aim of establishing the company is to carry out the production and distribution of electric motorcycles (EV).

Rapid growth over nearly two decades has allowed the company to expand into more than 90 countries and become a leader in electric vehicle innovation. Covering both electric motorcycle and top 3 electric tricycle from China, STALLIONS has experience in producing and assembling motorcycles. Including setting up a dealer system

Such cooperation Telgi will be responsible for R&D and will deliver auto parts to Thailand at competitive prices. Stallion will be responsible for assembling the vehicles, while Tacconi will be responsible for distribution and financing. The first phase will penetrate the B2B customer market with existing partners along with promotions to various provinces to build brand awareness to support market expansion from B to C, i.e. selling to general customers.

In addition to the distribution itself the company also cooperates with networks and partners of motorcycle shops and showrooms throughout the country. It also includes plans to recruit dealers or distributors of electric motorcycles across the country. We have set a goal in 2024 to move to be among the top 5 market shares in the EV motorcycle market in Thailand. Including expanding to our partners abroad as well. Initial sales of the EV motorcycles will range from 6,000 to 10,000 units.

For electric motorcycles (EV), the “Tel G” brand will be used because it is a motorcycle well known to customers in many countries, including the Chinese market, in terms of quality. There will be many imported motorcycle models. To cover all categories of customers whether it is a group of customers who use it in their professional lives such as motorcyclists or motorcyclists.
