How to join friends via cross play and on PC

Take a nice, deep breath. It will be fine. Warzone 2.0 It doesn’t make it easy to figure out how to join a friend who’s on a different platform — especially if you haven’t purchased one Modern Warfare II.

First, you will need to find your Activision ID. If you’re in the listings for either Modern Warfare II or Warzone 2.0Then you have one. Head to the Social tab on the game’s main menu, located in the upper right corner.

Here you will see the people who are currently in your group, as well as the player you have chosen. Select View My Profile from this menu and you will see your Activision ID on the right side of the screen. It’s a similar format to something like Discord, if you’re familiar with that: a username, the # sign, and a bunch of numbers.

This is the name you will use to befriend people. Once you know the Activision ID of the person you want to befriend and collaborate with, go back to the initial Social menu and click on the Friends tab. Click on Add Friends and enter your Activision ID there. If everything is correct, your friend will get a friend invite (check the bell icon on the top right to get the notification if you missed it.)

With the addition of a friend out of the way, it’s time to team up. as mentioned above, If you haven’t purchased Modern Warfare IIYou need to enter the battle royale menu to accept a party invitation from someone. Scroll down to the bottom and select either a DMZ or Battle Royale (whichever mode you want to play) and load it into the given list instance. You’ll know you’re in the right place if you see “Battle Royale” in the top left corner of the main menu. Send and accept friend invites with Have Nots Modern Warfare II From here and here only.

If you’ve already sent an invite and a player can’t join because they’re not in the correct list, there are some other options in the menu to send a new invite, but a lot of times this gets locked (it seems like sometimes you can’t send more than one invite to the same person ). If you have this problem, just exit Call of dutyrestart the game, go to the battle royale menu, and send or request an invite after that.

I feel tired? Yes. Me too. It’s 2022 and the rosters are officially tougher than the games they’re shooting. But don’t let that be Warzone 2.0 Trick you into buying Modern Warfare II If you don’t want it. Now put together a team and go cause trouble on purpose.
