  • Apple charges high prices for its capable devices.
  • However, the cost of the new Vision Pro headset makes people breath away.
  • Tim Cook was asked about the high price during an interview on Good Morning America.

on Good morning AmericaApple CEO Tim Cook was asked about the cost of the new Vision Pro headset. He couldn’t stop bringing himself to say it on national television.

“It will cost thirty-four, ninety-nine,” he said in an interview with GMA announcer Robin Roberts.

When the interview segment ended, and GMA downsized the studio, Roberts corrected the CEO. “When he said ‘thirty-four, ninety-nine,’ I said ‘oh 34 dollars and 99 cents, that’s not bad.'” “But no, it’s about $3,500,” said Roberts.

Even the Vision Pro’s high price has put off Apple’s product launch, which is usually a fan favorite.

During a GMA interview, Roberts asked Cook if the device was something the average person could afford.

Cook replied, “I don’t know.” “I think people will make different choices depending on their current financial situation.”

“The engineering and the depth of engineering in it is amazing,” the CEO added. “You get more than one 4K experience in each eye. Of course, does it come for free? It costs something to do that. But I think it’s a great value.”
