In addition, the monsoon trough has shifted downward and lies across the northeastern, central, eastern and upper southern regions. Rain can also fall along the monsoon trough and low pressure areas. Caution must be exercised against heavy rains in the lower northeastern region. From October 6 to 12, 2023, the lowest level of the monsoon will swing across the northern, northeastern and upper central regions, causing some increased rainfall over the upper part of Thailand. Heavy rain in some places, and this period is the end of the rainy season and the beginning of winter.
