In this regard, it was emphasized that in case of a repeat incident, the penalty will be imposed as per the agreement. The cause of this incident, with conditions for the continued operation of the vehicle, is from the initial report, which stated that a foreign object was found in the rail inspection vehicle, which may have been caused by a crane that went to clear the area. Then polish the side wheel area to restore the road surface. As a result, the entire power supply rail line was cut off. No injuries were reported in the incident.
