Shocked: NASA warns that missing asteroids may collide with Earth next year

NASA issues a warning that the missing asteroid “2007 FT3” may hit Earth next year after we noticed it for the first time 16 years ago, and to this day we still cannot find it.

Foreign media reports are feverish. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has issued a warning that the existence of a “missing asteroid” called “2007 FT3” is a slight possibility. Which will hit our world in 2024

Scientists first discovered asteroid 2007 FT3 in 2007 or 2007, but then this asteroid disappeared from its orbital path. After scientists first noticed this asteroid for a short period of only 1.2 days, because after that scientists did not find asteroid 2007 FT3 again.

However, NASA used technology to calculate the probability that asteroid 2007 FT3 will hit our world, and it was found that there is a 0.0000096 percent chance, or 1 in 10 million, that it will hit the world on March 3, 2024. There is a chance of colliding with the world. It amounts to 0.0000087 percent, or equivalent to 1 in 11.5 million, which will hit the world on October 5, 2024.

Meanwhile, scientists estimated that if the asteroid collided with Earth, it would produce the same amount of destructive energy as a 2.6 billion-ton TNT bomb, potentially causing major regional devastation. But not to the point of causing harm to the world.

While NASA confirms the risk of asteroid 2007 FT3 colliding with Earth next year. There are only a few and the chance of it hitting the ground is considered low.
