Ryan Seacrest Finally Sells Beverly Hills Real Estate After Price Cut to $51 Million

Emmy-winning producer Ryan Seacrest has finally sold his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion for $51 million, three years after the property was first listed for $85 million in 2020.

Earlier this year, the 47-year-old media personality put the property back on the market at a significantly reduced price — first to $74.5 million, then $69 million, to offload the plate.

This marks the last mega home of American Idol host in California, which was listed by real estate broker Kurt Rappaport and purchased from Ellen DeGeneres for $36.5 million in 2012, according to TMZ.
