PlayStation State of Play is announced for September 2023

Sony Interactive Entertainment will stream a new State of Play presentation on Thursday, September 14, the company said in an announcement on its website. PlayStation Blog. The show will focus on previously announced game updates that will be available on PlayStation platforms. September’s State of Play will last approximately 40 minutes and will start at 5pm EST/2pm PDT, via PlayStation’s Youtube, TwitchAnd Tik Tok Channels.



Thursday’s State of Play will include “indie and PS VR2 highlights,” as well as “major upcoming titles from [PlayStation’s] external partners,” according to Sean Benson, director of global third-party relations at SIE. That could mean appearances from games like Hell Divers 2,Ninja Team Rise of the Ronin,Capcom PragmataBloober Team Silent Hill 2 Remake of Bandai Namco Tekken 8And Square Enix Final Fantasy 7 Rebirththe next chapter in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake project.

SIE has a major release coming soon: Marvel Spider-Man 2 From Insomniac Games. But given the publisher’s tendency to give its in-house AAA titles dedicated screenings, they may appear in a later run, closer to Spider-Man 2October launch.
