Pawan Phetyu successfully won his first professional tournament at TDT Nakhon Nayok.

Pawan Phetyu finished the match and successfully won the “Singha SAT TDT Nakhon Nayok 2024” tournament, which was his first tournament as a professional golfer, earning 100,000 baht at the Watermill Golf Course.

The Professional Golf Association of Thailand organized its first season-opening professional golf tournament, the Thai Development Tour, “Singha SAT TDT Nakhon Nayok 2024”, from 14 to 15 March 2024 at the Watermill Golf Course. Golf Club & Resort, Nakhon Nayok Province, total prize money 1 million baht, distance 6899 yards, par 72.

The Thailand Development Tour Professional Golf Championship is sponsored by Singa, Sports Authority of Thailand, National Sports Development Fund, Singa Drinking Water, About Grass, EGA and Udomfa. Nish, Leyburn and Dogfight Golf each compete in two rounds of stroke play or 36 holes. There is no top 50 pieces and prize money associated.

Final Round (March 15, 2024) Day 1 co-leader Pawan Vitio did an excellent job in this round, compiling another 5-under 67, two-day total scores of 11-under 133, and closing out the match to win. Successful first professional tournament with a prize money of 100,000 baht after defeating Thip Nakhon, Mid Team, and Banat Puthitat by just one shot, with Thep Nakhon, Mid Team, hitting a 5-under 67 on the final day, total score of 10-under 134, and finishing in second place together with Banat Both of them received the prize money: 52,500 baht

Pawan Phitiu revealed his feelings after winning the tournament. “I'm very happy to have done well at the beginning of the year. It's a good start to the year. I'll keep developing myself and keep training. Today there were some mistakes. But still able to come back because we're trying to control our minds. Try to hit the shot the same way. For top scorer in the final round, Ratchaphon Chantwara shot a 7-under 65 and took home prize money of 10,000 baht from Dogfight Golf for the upcoming Thai Development Tour competition, “Singha SA. TDT Cha-am 2024” on 18-19 April. 2024 at Lake View Resort and Golf Club, Phetchaburi Province.
