Today, the Skyline is best known as the predecessor to the Nissan GT-R sports car.

After 34 years, Nissan is now poised to enter a new electric era. The automaker recently doubled down on its efforts to boost electric vehicle production, including streamlining powertrain production and introducing 19 all-electric vehicles by 2030.

Take Electric

Once seen as a leader in electric technology with the launch of the LEAF in 2011, the Japanese automaker has fallen behind.
