This meeting discussed the rules and regulations of the competition that all teams must adhere to. The meeting was attended by representatives of all eight countries, along with competition organizers and other parties.

– Substitutions can be made for a total of 5 people and 3 times, excluding the first half.
– Not using VAR technology.
– If the player receives a red card, he will be banned from the next match immediately, or if he receives a yellow card in matches 1 and 2, he will be banned from the third match.
– In the event of a tie after 90 minutes, penalty kicks will be taken immediately.
