It is unclear if the man intended to communicate with Murray in this way, as it was a frantic scene in the end zone with several people trying to touch Murray.
A Las Vegas police spokesperson told CNN that police are now looking into a “battery call alleging that a spectator at the stadium injured a professional football player.”
A crime report has been made and an investigation is underway. Police said the suspect has not been identified.
