France: A small Filipina sold by his uncle has been convicted of rape

A French man is suspected of raping a young woman in the Philippines between 2015 and 2017, and later shared the video on the Internet. His trial opened in Tours (center) on Monday. The restaurant went to the Philippines, where he had invested in a pizzeria in Dumaguete on the island of Negroes. In September 2017, he was arrested near Tours on his way back to France.

The 51-year-old has been charged with raping a girl under the age of 15, possessing and distributing child pornography, and participating in a criminal club. He faces up to twenty years in prison.

A Darknet pedophile was discovered by French police in a forum where the accused aired at least 14 child pornography videos. He was later identified by French and Australian police. The victim, a young woman, 9 years old at the time, was forced into prostitution by her uncle. He is scheduled to testify Tuesday by video conference from the Philippines. For these facts, the uncle was sentenced to life imprisonment by a Philippine court.

In another part of the investigation, the French restaurant told an Internet forum that it was “planning” in France to rape two girls, aged 5 and 8, at the initiative of a mother of two. He did not know he was talking to an undercover cop. This “mother” is actually another man, she appeared before French justice. The 58-year-old later proposed to his wife’s daughters using photos of his granddaughters. The appointment was made when the main accused returned to France.

During his auditions, the second person declared that he never wanted to make this appointment a “fantasy” trigger. The trial is set to begin on Wednesday.
