6 January 2024 Ms. Thewaporn Phasok, Deputy Director-General of the Comptroller-General’s Department as spokesperson for the Comptroller-General’s Department, revealed that for the State Welfare Registration Project in 2022, eligible persons will be able to exercise their rights through the smart card-based national ID card. Which in January 2024 will obtain the following rights:
January 1, 2024 (This is a rights limit that cannot be withdrawn for cash. It does not accumulate in the following month)
Product purchase limit: 300 baht per person per month
For eligible persons who confirm their identity on November 27 – December 26, 2023 and start exercising their rights on January 1, 2024, they will not receive their rights retroactively, except for those who have exceeded their rights in the group that missed the group appeal round. Those who pass the second (additional) appeal round will receive a credit limit for purchases for 9 months (April-December 2023), for a total of 2,700 baht.
Discount limit on cooking gas purchases is 80 baht per person per 3 months (January – March 2024)
The travel allowance via public transportation is 750 baht per person per month.
Including bus station, BMTA, MRT (Blue/Purple Line), BTS (Green/Gold/Yellow/Pink Line), ARL (Airport Rail Link/Red Line), and participating private buses.

Transfer funds to the bank account linked to PromptPay using the 13-digit identification number of the eligible person or the bank account of the eligible person or attorney used to receive the 800 baht disability allowance.
Additional disability allowance of 200 baht per month
For people with disabilities Those who have a disability ID card and receive a disability allowance of 800 baht per month and who confirm their identity between November 27 – December 26, 2023 will not receive their rights retroactively, except for those who passed the group rights that were lost in the next round.Appeal Those who pass the second (additional) appeal round will receive the right to have their disability allowance increased (for the period from April to December 2023) according to the month in which they received the 800 baht disability allowance.
