A California woman was pleasantly surprised to find $ 36,000 buried in a sofa cushion, but hurried to return the free donation to its owners on an advertising site. Vicky was looking to offer you her new home for a small fee, and was delighted to find this sofa. From his home in Calton, near Los Angeles, he told the local channel ABC7, “I just arrived, nothing at home.”

But Vicky once found you in her house with a suspicious hole in one of the mattresses: several envelopes filled with money, each worth thousands of dollars. “I said to my son, ‘Come on, come on!’ I shouted “This is money! I have to call the Gentleman”.

Two thousand dollars for a refrigerator

With exemplary honesty, he contacted those who had given him the sofa and told him to find it and return the money. The family, who had been evacuating the house of a recently deceased relative, responded that they knew nothing about the existence and origin of this money. But thanks to Vicky Umode, they paid more than $ 2,000 to buy the new refrigerator she needed. “I did not expect a penny,” she promised.
