According to Box Office India, the film saw a gross of Rs 28.50 crore on its second day, bringing India’s gross to Rs 59.75 crore net. The film is doing very well in Tamil Nadu and is set to challenge Vikram, who was one of the highest-grossing this year.
The star-studded movie featuring Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Vikram and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan among others raised around Rs 80 crore on opening day, making it the biggest Tamil opener at the global box office, and would see a faster increase during the festive holidays.
