Malibu just got some new neighbors – Beyoncé and Jay-Z moving in.
The star-studded couple known for making headlines and awe-struck fans has done it again. They apparently bought a new home in Malibu for the hefty price tag of $200 million, according to architectural digest And TMZ.
The massive purchase became the most expensive private California residence ever purchased and the second most expensive in the country after the Central Park penthouse that Kenneth Griffin, founder and CEO of Citadel, bought for $238 million in 2019. According to the LA Times.
