Betty White’s estate puts her Los Angeles home on the market for $10.5 million

Betty White’s Los Angeles home has long been on the market for $10.575 million, and it’s Los Angeles Times reported on Tuesday.

White previously shared the home, located in the Tony Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, with her late husband Allen Lowden, who died in 1981.

There’s likely been a significant amount of interest in the property, as the actress’ northernmost home in Carmel, California, recently sold for nearly $3 million more than its original listing price.

For sale: Betty White’s home in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood has been put up for $10.575 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. She passed away at home on New Years Eve 2021, just over two weeks before her 100th birthday

The house was listed by Marlene Okulick of Sotheby’s International Realty – Pacific Palisades Brokerage.

Her property said in a statement to The The Wall Street Journal. Although she was living in New York when she and Elaine Lowden first got married, she longed to ‘come home’ in Los Angeles where she grew up.

White recently lived in the 3,029-square-foot home where she was isolated throughout the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, until her death on New Year’s Eve 2021 at the age of 99.

Her death came just two weeks before her 100th birthday celebration.

She was reportedly hoping to spend her last days at her gorgeous seaside home in Carmel, but her condition and fears for her safety amid the pandemic forced her to stay in her Los Angeles home until the end.

Although Betty and her husband bought the house in 1968, it was built in 1952, according to the outlet.
