
BEIJING, Jan. 12, 2019 (Xinhua) – The Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), China's leading aircraft manufacturer, announced and reported that a large civilian helicopter model AC313A independently developed in China. The AC313A performs several tests during its first cold-weather test mission. The goal is to make further improvements and obtain an airworthiness certificate.
This new phase of flight testing aims to verify the flight performance of the AC313A. Including the performance of key systems and engines in cold environments.
By the way, the AC313A helicopter was developed by the Aviation Industry Corporation of China. It is a large multi-purpose civil helicopter weighing 13 tons, with one main rotor and one tail rotor. It made its inaugural flight on May 17, 2022
The AC313A is an aircraft specially developed for emergency air rescue missions in all terrains and climates. It is the latest modification of the AC313 family of helicopters (AC313).
