A Florida woman is making waves on TikTok after revealing how she was reported by cast members at Disney World in Orlando for wearing an inappropriate T-shirt – but received a free T-shirt to cover it up. a A clip detailing the “fashion crime”. It currently has 7 million views on TikTok.

The caption to the clip, uploaded Sunday by 23-year-old user Tori Cannella, reads, “Well, I just tried getting a coded dress code at Disney.”

The indebted clip shows a Disney visitor wandering around the Magic Kingdom in Orlando while wearing denim shorts. Above, she wears a black long-sleeved shirt fastened with just two sets of leather laces that just barely hide her chest.

The footage concludes with the guest following an employee into a store, where she was given a free gift from Walt Disney to wear over her clothes that were allegedly unsafe for the park. was one of the Disney 2020 Retro T-Shirtwhich is said to be worth $24.99.

This penalty was particularly light because Disney World “reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove anyone who wears a costume deemed inappropriate or a costume that could detract from the experience of other guests,” On site.

Disney defines “indecent” high fashion as clothing with foul language or graphics, excessively ripped clothing, obnoxious tattoos and clothing that touches the floor or extends across the floor. It also prohibits “clothing which, by its nature, exposes excessive portions of skin that may be seen as unsuitable for the family environment”.

Meanwhile, “multi-layered clothing is subject to search upon entry,” according to the guidelines.

In retrospect, Canela admits that she probably deserves to be punished for her faux costume: “I mean, I kind of agree with[ith] They are looking at this video,” she wrote in the caption.

However, the guest claimed in the comments that the cast member who put her under arrest in the Mouse House wasn’t very kind about it, and assumed she could have been in a “bad mood” or “was out for her.”

TikTok comments found that the dress code violation was a little Mickey Mouse.

One defender sympathized: “I’m sorry, but they came up with this.” “There is nothing wrong with your original upper part. I have seen much worse.”

“This is probably literally one of the least revealing crop shirts to wear… at least the shirt was free,” another wrote.

One TikTok Mouseketeer said sarcastically, “I’ll intentionally wear my coded dress so I can get a free T-shirt.”

However, others sided with the Disney Fashion Police and one critic wrote, “It’s not a ‘bad’/’flashy’ shirt but I can see they want you to wear something else in case you go riding and accidentally flash an 8.”

“I mean.. right. Wear whatever you want but when you ride on the ship, your girls will fly away,” another theory goes.

In a similar sartori fiasco in June, a A visitor to Disney World claims cast members I forced her to wear the gift shop shirt because her belted crop top didn’t “fit”.
